In this is version only the Caesar, Yes Man and Mr House endings have been tested. The NCR ending has not been tested but should work fine because its a relatively simple edit involved here and the clean up quest is shared by all endings so if it works for one, it will work for all the others too. Still, I would appreciate feedback from people who try those untested ending.
The End of Plot Mod stops the game from ending when you finish any of the 4 possible endings to the Fallout New Vegas Main Quest and tries to clean up the end of plot game a little. It also cleans up the Hover dam.
How it works
To work this mod has to edit these official quests

In the end stage of each of those quests result box is the command "StartQuest VEnding" which ends the game. This mod disables that command and replaces it with "startquest EOPStartQuest" which starts this mods own clean up quest that allows you to keep playing. You will still recieve the rewards for finishing the quest, but you will not see the end movie, the game will simply continue as normal after teleporting you back to the Hover dam.
My Older End of Plot mods.
If your running my older end of quest mod called "No Gods No Masters" that only supported the Yes Man Ending, you will have to disable that mod and start the End of Plot quest manually. To do this type "startquest EOPStartQuest" at the console. You should be teleported to the hover dam if it worked. I have not tested this but given both mods tidy up the same things, I expect there to be few problems here. But please send me some feedback if you try this.
This will enable areas of the game added by this mod that would remain inaccessible if you do not run the "startquest EOPStartQuest" command.
Future versions.
I am hoping to use this mod to clean up all the loose ends left behind by the Fallout NV main plot, including ownership of new vegas, establishing bases in New Vegas and the Hover Dam for the winning faction, thus allowing the player to see the results of his choices in the game instead of hearing about them in some end game movie.
Extract mod directly in to your Fallout New Vegas Folder to ensure everything is extracted correctly in to the right places. Or Copy the contents of the Data folder from this archive in to the Fallout New Vegas Data Folder, saying yes to any questions to overwrite existing content. Relax it is just windows wanting to update folders, its stupid that way.

Fixed the fast travel issue.
The games default quest scripts appear to run even after the quest they are
attached too is marked completed. That means the battle quests where disabling
fast travel every 5 seconds even though the quests that they controlled where
over and done with.
